The MD28 Mini Magbore is a very compact machine. Fitted with a 720 watt Hitachi motor unit delivering power well beyond its size enabling you to drill holes in steel up to 14mm with the chuck fitted and up to 32mm dia. using Magbroach cutters fitted in the Arbor provided.

The MD50 is a light weight drilling/milling machine with a 50mm capacity, with 2 MT arbor capable of drilling up to 23mm dia. holes in steel using twist drills and with the arbor provided (fitted in seconds) uo to 50mm dia., 50mm deep through steel using Magbroach cutters.

The Magbroach MDS 32-100 has all the features of the MD108 plus a unique innovative radial and axial positioner, enabling the main body to turn 120 degrees from side to side of the magnetic base after it has been energised. Then the drill point can be positioned with greater accuracy.

The rear stabaliser leg ensures optimum drill point can be pressure. The body of the machine can then be locked in to position with a unique ratchet handle in a downward action. This new innovation eliminated bulkey side levers found on other machines

The Magbroach PM60 has a permanent magnetic base, switched on/off by a key. The use of this base enables you to work on thinner materials, normally not possible with electro-magnetic drilling systems.

Magbroach CSM100 resharpening machine specially designed and developed for resharpening cutters cost effectively. The machine is simply operated with convienient controls and clear , graduated scales for ease of setting. The table moves smoothly and has quickly adjusted traverse stop. The tool holder is adjustable and accepts a wide range of types of cutters, short or long series, HSS or carbide tipped up to a dia of 60mm. Magbroach Industrial Arbors extend to factory and workshop all the advantages of Magbroach HSS and Tungsten Carbide Tipped cutters for a wide range of hole cutting requirements. Magbroach Arbors can be used in conventional machinery such as pedestal drills, milling machines, lathes and CNC machining centres, extending the range of the hole size possible to be cut by conventional twist drills. Magbroach Arbors are available with or without coolant feed with morse tapper 2, 3 or 4 MT to fit cutters with 19mm/¾ " or 32mm/¼ " weldon shank.
