Mactech Europe produce two types of heavy duty drilling machines.
The MT3 pillar drill available with manual feed or optional, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric feeds and spindle drives. Stroke length of 24 inches(609mm), Choice of MT4, ISO 40 or 50 taper. Can drill up to 6"(150mm) diameter holes, weighs 35Kgs and comes complete with operating tools, filter lubricator(with pneumatic drives), operating manual, CE certificate and storage case.
The drills can be tack welded, clamped, bolted or magnetically attached directly onto the work piece.
The MTHD Mill drill also available with the same features as the pillar drill but with various standard stroke lengths of 12inches (300mm), 18inches(460mm) and 24inches (600mm).
Specials are also available to suit individual specifications and Mactech can design and build special fixtures to customer specifications if required. |
